Hoops Sports Bar & Grill derived its name in honor of Alden Hebron High School winning the Illinois High School State Championship back in 1952. A loose 1986 movie adaption called Hoosiers was made to honor the story of the young champions.
This story is classic to the town of Hebron and the restaurant does plenty to live up to that team’s legacy. True to its name, Hoops provides a great atmosphere for sports fans to catch their favorite games or let loose while video gaming.
The Hoops Sports Bar & Grill menu has the perfect variety for the whole family to enjoy, with the fan favorites being wings and burgers. Everything is prepared fresh to order: no frozen meat patties here. Instead, the meat is hand-packed, seasoned, and grilled to the customer’s preference. The full-service bar has plenty of different beers and spirits for guests to choose from too, including drink specials throughout the week.
Outside of the bar is a small stage where Hoops Sports Bar & Grill hosts live musical acts. Their annual Hoopsfest draws in a massive crowd complete with great music and food.
