Simply check in at a participating Player PAYBACK® location and start working towards a desired reward level today! Each level is dependent on the number of check-ins per quarter and unlocks additional perks for patrons to enjoy. Patrons can receive up to 8 check-ins per day towards their reward level. Each quarter, your check-in balance will reset to 0 but you will maintain your reward level.
The four reward levels a patron can achieve in the new tiered program are Member, Insider, Elite, or VIP. Patrons have the chance to access birthday and holiday rewards, new tier perks, and early access to new and discounted store items based on their number of check-ins!

When you have received a reward based on your tier level of Member, Insider, Elite, or VIP, you will be notified via text message from the J&J Gaming rewards team.
Player PAYBACK® participants should enable text to ensure you receive all notifications. Points will be rewarded regardless of receiving a text message. Text messages will include information from the following: accessing a new tier level with instant win points, bonus points added for birthdays and holidays, and early access J&J updates.

Enroll in the program by completing and submitting the requested information on the tablet near the gaming area at participating locations, or through the “SIGN UP NOW” button above.
There is no cost associated with registering and participating in the Player PAYBACK® program.
Once enrolled, you may “check in” on-site at the Participating Location by entering your telephone number on the designated tablet. Location points are limited to one (1) check-in per person per day. Patrons can also earn J&J Points at participating locations by playing the featured game on the tablet (J&J Play) following a check-in. Each patron is limited to one (1) J&J Play every 30 minutes, and a total of eight (8) J&J Plays per day across all Participating Locations.
Points cannot be shared between Location Points and J&J Points. Location Points can only be redeemed at the participating location where they were earned. J&J Points, however, can be earned and redeemed at any participating J&J location. Points also cannot be transferred between players.
Location Points and J&J Points do not expire. However, if a participating location decides to end the program, any Location Points accrued at that location will be void, but J&J Points will stay intact. Either party (the Participating Location or Terminal Operator) may cancel this program at any time.
All patrons 21 and older can register for a Player PAYBACK® account, regardless if the patron intends to play the video gaming terminals or not. Per the rules and regulations, employees of the participating location and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to enroll in the program at the place they are employed. However, they are permitted to enroll at other participating locations. An “immediate family member” is defined to mean spouse, parent, grandparent, child, or sibling. In-laws are not considered to be immediate family members.
