Missouri’s gaming industry is at a crossroads — HB 970 has passed out of the rules committee and is now eligible to be heard on the House floor. HB 970 is the key to unlocking a safer, more regulated future for small businesses, veterans, and local communities with regulated Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs).

“I think any type of law or legislation that provides some sort of mechanism for those machines to be regulated would have to be a good thing.
