J&J Gaming Completed the Acquisition of Leisure Gaming in Nevada!

LAS VEGAS, NV, January 9, 2025 –J&J Gaming announced today that its subsidiary Golden Route Operations, LLC (“GRO”) has completed the acquisition of Leisure Gaming, LLC, a Nevada-based operator of ten nonrestricted casinos across primarily truck stop locations. The acquisition, finalized on December 16th, 2024, followed the receipt of all necessary approvals from the Nevada Gaming Control Board and Nevada Gaming Comission.
J&J Gaming is the national leader in the installation and operation of regulated gaming devices in restaurants, bars, taverns, convenience stores, truck stops, and other authorized venues. The addition of Leisure Gaming to GRO, which has operations in both Montana and Nevada, will result in a platform that has more than 11,000 gaming terminals. On a national level, J&J Gaming and its subsidiaries provide gaming-as-a-service to 3,600 locations in various regulated jurisdictions.
