J&J Gaming acquires B&B Amusement of Illinois, LLC

December 3, 2021– J&J Ventures Gaming, LLC, a licensed terminal operator in Illinois, is pleased to announce its acquisition of all the outstanding membership interests of B&B Amusement of Illinois, LLC.  Located in Bloomington, Illinois, B&B is a licensed terminal operator focused exclusively on providing services under the Illinois Video Gaming Act to licensed truck stops owned and operated by some of the leading suppliers of fuel and largest travel center operators in the country.  B&B, which was owned by Gary Brewer, excels in route service, network management, and on-site marketing in Illinois’ robust video gaming industry. By combining forces with B&B, J&J Gaming now operates in approximately 2,300 licensed video gaming locations.

The Illinois Video Gaming Act was enacted and approved by Illinois lawmakers in 2009 to help raise funds to repair schools and fix roads.  State and municipalities share in the revenue generated from video gaming terminals placed in locations licensed by the Illinois Gaming Board.  J&J Gaming was one of the first terminal operators to be licensed by the Illinois Gaming Board in January 2012 and went ‘live’ with gaming operations in October 2012.
