Stay-at-Home Order Extended Through May 2020

April 24, 2020 – Gov. JB Pritzker signed a modified version of the Illinois coronavirus stay-at-home order that will go into effect on May 1st and last until Saturday, May 30th.

The Illinois Gaming Board extended the suspension of Illinois Video Gaming operations until further notice. This includes all video gaming establishments, including truck stops, gaming parlors, bars, restaurants, c-stores and other specialty locations.

Some good news:  The federal PPP program has just released new and revised guidelines that we believe will improve the eligibility of our gaming business partners whose income comes primarily from gaming revenues. https://home.treasury.gov/system/files/136/Interim-Final-Rule-on-Requirements-for-Promissory-Notes-Authorizations-Affiliation-and-Eligibility.pdf

We encourage you to work with your banker or accountant to request assistance with PPP loans or inquire about the status of an application you have already submitted.  This rule applies to applications submitted under the Paycheck Protection Program through June 30, 2020 or until funds made available for this purpose are exhausted.  The link to the PPP loan application is:  https://www.sba.gov/funding-programs/loans/paycheck-protection-program

We realize this is a difficult time for everyone and we will continue to be here for you every step of the way. Thank you for your continued patience.
